Terms of Use

CryptoPreflight reviews details you enter about a planned cryptocurrency transfer: the asset, amount, the network the destination instructed and the one you selected, the destination address and any memo or destination tag. It reports the result of a limited set of checks, each shown with what was checked, the source used and when that source was recorded.

• It does not connect to wallets, hold funds, or sign or send transactions.
• It does not approve, authorise or guarantee any transfer.
• It does not verify who controls an address, screen for scams or sanctions, or confirm that a destination platform will credit your deposit.
• It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

“Ready for user review” means the checks we ran did not raise an issue — it is not a safety rating and not permission to send. “Action required” means at least one check needs your attention. “Unable to assess” means we could not obtain reliable information. You remain solely responsible for the decision to send and for the details you enter. Crypto transfers are usually irreversible.

• Take the destination address from the destination’s own deposit screen.
• Send a small test transfer first and confirm it was credited.
• Keep your CryptoPreflight sign-in secure and only share confirmation links with the intended recipient.
• Never enter a seed phrase, private key, or a wallet or exchange password, credential or recovery code anywhere in this product. Your CryptoPreflight sign-in is separate and is only used to save your records.

Platform deposit rules used by the checks are hand-curated and carry the date they were recorded. Rules change without notice; where a rule is older than 90 days, missing or conflicting, the check reports “Unable to assess” rather than guessing. The service is provided as-is, without warranties, and may be unavailable or change at any time.

No payments are being taken. Prices shown are indicative only; no plan, subscription or entitlement is currently sold or active.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoPreflight is not liable for lost, misrouted or unrecoverable funds, for reliance on any check result, or for any indirect or consequential loss. The limits and consumer rights that actually apply vary by jurisdiction and are subject to legal review before launch.
